During my recent stay at a hotel in Lakewood, I was pleasantly surprised by the completely smoke-free environment, a feature I deeply appreciated. The convenience of having washing machines and dryers available for guests was a practical touch that made my stay more comfortable.One standout aspect for me was the seamless connection to the adjacent wedding venue through a covered passageway, perfect for the chilly day of the event. The swift response of the maintenance team to resolve an issue in my room was commendable, ensuring minimal disruption to my plans.I particularly enjoyed the peacefulness of my room, thanks to its exterior entrance and minimal outside traffic. The breakfast spread offered a satisfying array of options, from fresh fruits to hot and cold cereals.Unfortunately, upon arrival, my family and I felt a sense of disappointment and deception, as if the website did not fully reflect the reality of the stay. Transparency and honesty are critical, especially in times like these.my experience was a blend of both appreciation for the hotel's amenities and a sense of unmet expectations, underscoring the importance of accurate representation for guests.
